Newby have secured the site to the rear of Devonshire Place in Harrogate, currently comprising a number of industrial units which are to be redeveloped into 14 residential houses, split into apartments and houses, all with private parking.
Work is set to begin mid-end of 2020 on site and the team at Newby is working hard with the Local Council and the general public to deliver an exciting and final planning application.
Work on site is due to make a start at the end of 2020 and expect to complete this development by the end of 2021.
